As usual the site was excellent.
Mr and Mrs Watkins are extremely amenable and the facilities for caravans are very good.
The site is flat, so very easy to level our caravan.
Only 400 yards from the river severn with wonderful walks

Peaceful, well maintained site. One of the best I’ve been on.
No showers but there are toilets. All pitches are super pitches. Very reasonable cost.
Free range chickens wandering around. Friendly site owners.
Can’t wait to stay there again.
Red Lion pub in the village does fantastic food.

Absolutely fantastic site. We had electric Hookup and water. Nice flat site, nicely kept. So peaceful in the area, not a sound, e except nature.
Very well maintained loos and sink. Hand sanitizer available for use, inside and outside of facilities. Very friendly owners who are so welcoming.
Lovely walks available along the river Severn, which are colour coded.
Nice couple of pubs, one the river bank. Fantastic. So peaceful. Dogs allowed at site and 8n pubs.
We will definitely be going back for longer next time and will tell friends. Loved it so much.

We have just spent a wonderful week here.
The site is through the village towards the river and is very quiet.
The pitches are level and fully serviced, with hard standing and grass both available.
The toilet block is just two toilets, unisex, in a small outbuilding with hot water and information leaflets. The block may be small and basic but it is pristine in condition and cleanliness.
It is a very large, well mown area, more like a lawn than a field with plenty of space between units.
Adjacent to the site are numerous fields with a cut area around the edges where dog walking is permitted, and a few hundred yards away is the River Severn and The Passage fish restaurant, which although we didn’t visit looked inviting.
The village is a short walk down a single track road where the Red Lion pub is the starting point for 4 walks around the countryside and river. There is a full lunch and evening menu at the pub with really tasty meals.
The nearest village shop is six miles away with larger supermarkets in Stroud and Cam. Also amazing fish and chips in Cam, near Tesco.
The farm is in the process of changing hands but the site is thought to continue, hopefully with the very friendly wardens, Chris and Pat.
