 Used as a one night stop over before the ferry at Calais. Efficient staff and very pleasant. Good restaurant on site with a bar and reasonably priced food.
Toilet block old, no seats and toilet paper but clean and though outdated showers they are hot and clean. On a walk around the site I noticed a well secure play area for the kids. The garbage area is near the entrance and could be a long walk if your pitch is where they seem to put everybody. There are plenty of EHU’s and water points but the main problem is the chemical disposal. It’s good 150yds from the main campsite and it takes some finding.
All in all I would say it’s a good overnight stop not far from Junction 26 but the same distance away is a site at Montreuil where you can spend a pleasant few hours in a lovely town which is not too big to be daunting and not too small to be uninteresting and it’s cheaper! We paid 27€ for one night here which I thought was a little dear but it was July!
A supermarket near the site offers reasonably priced fuel. Would I recommend this site? For a one night stop over - yes, but fir a longer stay???
