This site is well maintained 7 hardstanding pitches 5 are service pitches! There are several grass pitches with ehu and several grass non electric pitches, the site also has a fishing lake.
There are no shops nearby so a car journey is required.
The biggest let down is the toilets! These are in a converted container, we were booked in for 5 nights but left after 3, there are 2 toilets and a shower for men and the same for women,
The wc had not been cleaned in the time we were there, we took antibacterial wipes in and cleaned the ones we used as we were the only ones there, but when more units and a tent arrived we decided to leave.
2 wc for men 2 for women when it gets busy wont be enough. They were cold no heating and for £28 per night no value

So here it goes. My first postpartum and post pandemic camping trip!
I visited Little Owls with my 6 month old, excited but half expecting to come back in the middle of the night. I couldn't have been more wrong.
The site itself is set out of the way (It was about a 15 minute drive to the nearest Tesco). It was split into two fields, the main camping field with hard standing and the electric pitches, then the top field for non electric, a big dog walk area, area for ball games and a fishing pond (I was very familiar with this area as I spent a fair bit of time pushing a pram around it!)
It was a pretty site, and very well kept, but I think the thing that made it for me were the owners. They couldn't do more! I felt very safe and everyone was super friendly.
Will definitely be making this trip an annual one
