We had a very enjoyable stay of 4 nights mid-week here in June. It is a well-maintained grass site, with almost entirely level pitches and a choice of EHU or non-electric.
We were in the lower field which has good hedges on 3 sides and a lower hedge which allows a sea view and views as far as Tintagel. The facilities were clean, with four showers and four toilets.
There's a washing-up room with two sinks and a freezer for ice-packs. It was a lovely, quiet site, as it was less than half full, out of school holidays. Though it seems it would be spacious enough when more units are staying, with four separate fields.
The owner was friendly, though as the bar was not open during our stay, we only got to say hello upon arrival.
There's a path direct from the campsite which connects to the public footpaths to Beeny Cliff (Coast Path) or to the Valency Valley walk to Boscastle, where there are shops and places to eat.
Only one comment: recycling is limited to glass bottles only, so we took our other recycling home with us.

Love this site, this was our 2nd trip. The sea views are incredible and the showers/toilets are really well kept.
Chickens roaming and cows in next field. Lovely atmosphere.
Great walks from the campsite and very close to the Boscastle Farm shop (amazing food!) and Boscastle itself, which is the main reason for our visit to the area.
Kids love to swim in the harbour and its only 5 mins down the road in the car.
Will definitely return - great site!

Great location and a well run family site.
Good fairly new facilities and nothing is too much trouble with info on the surrounding area etc.
If you like a bit of engineering ask to see the sidecar you wont be disappointed! Stunning sunsets and sea views.
Would definitely recommend.
