An excellent CL, easy to find from the A1, take care at the junction which is signed. Quite a steep hill up to it, but ok for a properly matched outfit. Short grass, lovely views out to sea if you ignore the cement works. A friendly owner who will visit you and then leave you alone.
There are good walks along the coast and the harbour at Dunbar, and go to Cove, a few miles down the main road, where there is a lovely harbour accessed through a tunnel.
There is a large ASDA with fuel a couple of miles up the road on the outskirts of Dunbar, also a pub and restaurant here.
The site also has 2 lodges for hire which looked nice.
We would certainly use it again if in the area and would recommend it.
£14 per night is fine.
