 Found this lovely rural site which has Shepherd huts camping ground and camper van spaces very near Eyemouth and Berwick upon Tweed.
It reminded us of our caravanning days in the 60 and 70s.
Excellent helpful hosts, great very clean toilets and shower rooms, communal barn with lots of facilities
Peace, quiet and birdsong.

Great site and facilities
Friendly and helpful staff
Would recommend.
Was our first time camping but there enough facilities there to cope without being a camping expert

Found this great little site in the Scottish Borders through UK Campsites and stayed for three days in our tent over Bank Holiday.
Waking to birdsong, (no dogs barking in response because its a farm!) sitting round firepit ( hired from site), visiting local beauty spots, including the Riding the Bounds at Berwick, it passed in a flash.
Lovely spot with plenty of space, decent showers, spotless kitchen and unexpected indoor lounge/ eating area with honesty shop.
Shops a 10 min drive away, but through lovely countryside!
Lovely welcome and helpful hosts, we will book again.

The fantastic welcome, also explaining all features of the site nothing is too much bother, anything you need just call us happy to assist you.
When new visitors arrived they also received a very warm welcome + 2 cyclist weary from their journey of travelling all around the UK were delighted to get a shower,
Also use the spotless camp kitchen and sit on proper chairs with a table provided Bliss.

Lovely little campsite. Lots of campers staying for one or two nights. We settled in for 5 nights and it was a pleasant experience.
Intriguing toilet system up the field with Stop/Go sign on the outside. Small children don't seem to understand that.
Two showers and two toilets down by the main hut are reasonably good, but if the site were busy I think they would find it difficult to cope. Whoever thought putting the toilet roll holder under the paper towel dispenser doesn't understand gravity and wet hands makes the loo roll wet.
Overall a pleasant stay was had by our family group of 2+2
Will definitely consider this location in future as it didn't get too crowded and the owner Alison is very approachable.
Ten to twenty minutes drive from numerous beaches and towns and Berwick is easy to get to for supermarkets etc.
Even got up to Edinburgh in 45 mins.
£5 deposit for a secure locker to charge phones for free. Couple of other sockets available.
