After a frantic search on Friday before bank holiday After leaving a waterlogged site.
We contacted Bryndu who managed to fit 2 Motorhomes in At very short notice.
Had a wonderful 4 nights stay at this site. Nothing to much trouble are we were treated like family.
Immaculate toilet block. And a view from every pitch. Water and electricity on every pitch. Separate camping areas some with hookup.
The only downside is there is no area where dogs can run off the lead but it’s a working farm this understandable.
We definitely will return.

Visited for the August Bank holiday weekend. We initially booked via Pitchup however I managed to book the wrong dates and needed to move our booking by 1 day, I contacted the site and this was no problem.
When we booked I seem to recall only being able to book a hardstanding pitch for caravans and was dissapointed to arrive and see caravans on grass pitches as we mich prefer this, next time I will book direct with the campsite to avoid this.
Initlal impressions were very good, the site has obviously been very well planned out and all the staff including Mary the owner were very friendly and helpful. We were shown to our pitch which was in the middle of all the hardstanding pitches.
The hardstanding pitches are on a slope which has been levelled out for each pitch, there is a grass area for each pitch, however due the pitch we were given when reversing our caravan onto the pitch we couldn't benefit from this grass as it was at the wrong side of our caravan.
The weekend was also a very hot bank holiday weekend and because our pitch was in the middle of the field there was no shade, normally I wouldn't complain about this weather but it was so hot the kids were struggling as we just couldn't cool down the caravan or awning without any shade.
The facilities were brilliant, a new building which housed washing up facilities, washing machines and dryer, womens, mens, family and disabled facilities. They were all kept immaculately clean, the only issue I found was that the toilets and showers were in the same cubicle which there were 3 of, this meant that if there were 3 people having a shower then you couldn't use the toilet, this did happen a few times over the busy bank holiday weekend.
There was a room at the back which houses a family cubicle, disabled then two further cubicles that were not labelled up; these were often empty so could be utilised then busy by signposting to them.
The little play area was perfect for my son at 3 years old with a sand pit, ride on diggers and various other toys to play with, he really enjoyed this however I imagine older children might not appreciate it as much.
One negative we did find was that the bins were not emptied frequently, there was one large bin and further small boxes for recycling, these were located at the side of reception opposite the facilities building. By Sunday of the bank holiday weekend the main bin was full and all the recycling was overflowing, this was unfortunately attracting a lot of wasps and did not smell pleasant as you can imagine in hot weather.
This didn't cause too much of a problem for us as we didn't need to pass it but if you were on the rear field you would have to walk past frequently. I did see a digger emptying the main bin on Monday byt the recycling remained and by the point was just one large pile of bottles, cans and cardboard. I am sure this is just a teething problem as the site is new but they could definitely do with some more rubbish facilities from the local council.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and as we have family in the area it is likely that we may return when visiitng family again.

Our first ever caravan trip and chose this site as looked nice and only 30 miles from home. We were not disappointed - despite only recently opening the staff were very helpful and well organised.
The facilities were very clean and the site very tidy. Being dog friendly was a priority for us and there was a large field to walk around albeit dogs must be kept under control and on a lead.
The ‘Old Barn’ pub a couple of miles away serves good food and beer

Really lovely site, just opened in a quiet location.
Very warm friendly welcome from Mary. Very spacious hardstanding pitches, room for caravan, small awning and car with a further grass area as part of your pitch.
Also grassed areas for camping on. Many hardstanding pitches have water points, all have electric.
Lovely clean toilet block which houses combined toilet/shower cubicles. Waste water and chemical disposal points are in a small shed. Not too far to get to Brecon area.
There are no serviced pitches that we are aware of which would have been a bonus.
A few games supplied for children and a play area for the little ones planned but not open yet. Would visit again.
