 A great site on the Mosel and next to the village.
We come every year for the street wine festival in September. Decent facilities, a restaurant (though we've never used it), wine, beer and coffee on tap.
If camping you may be put right on the river's edge in front of an unoccupied caravan, but we regard this as a bonus.
Very quiet, expect for the free brass band concert on the Sunday morning of the weinfest (schapps served), and the occasional thud of falling walnuts.
The cycle path, Moselradweg, runs by the site. Plenty of wine villages within striking distance- on the weekend we go, four weinfests as well.
