The site is clean and tidy as are the toilets and showers.

There is a camping kitchen with microwave toaster and kettle along with laundry facilities.

There is some road noise but not excessive which get less in the late evening.

It is also next to the comber greenway which is excellent for cycling. The site feels fairly rural but is close to some homes and a complex of eating shops a cinema.

The only concern is getting in to site when there is no warden on site which could be from 18:00 if you do not have you confirmation e-mail or have not booked then you need to go to the ice bowl to sort it out which is a bit of a faf.

In my case all ok so get here early as possible.

Excellent camp site run by the local authority.

The team who work there are excellent and do a wonderful job of taking care of the facilities and the rest of the site.

All toilets, showers, campers kitchen spotlessly clean and in great condition. Lots of hot water. The less able facilities has to be one of the best I have ever used.

If you are visiting Belfast and all it has to offer then this is a great and convenient, secure and safe place to stay.

We booked this site as our son lives in Bangor and there are no other sites close by.

Was a little dubious as I'd read mixed reviews, we were very pleasantly surprised! What an amazing site this is, right beside Dundonald icebowl and Comber Greenway.

Loads of places to eat and located in a fantastic position. We'd read that the road was very noisy behind, it's a very busy road but to be honest never disturbed us!

The site feels very secure(code to get in gates) and is very well maintained. The site manager was very welcoming and friendly.

All pitches are serviced which is a bonus!

We will definitely be back.

Good site but nearby road can be noisy.

Some flat pitches, some on gentle slope.

Good and clean facilities.

Secure site accessible using individual PIN.

Good bus link to city.

 What a really perfect site.

Plenty of space for our mohome with electric plug in & water for each pitch.

Lovely views.

Very attentive & kind owner explained everything & where we could visit.

We would go again certainly if we were near that area.
