A really lovely campsite with large hardstanding pitches set in an old lawned apple orchard.
Toilets and showers clean although showers are a bit on the small side.
It is set alongside the A46 from Stratford upon Avon to Warwick and although there are many bushes and trees the traffic sound may disturb some people although when our caravan windows were shut we didn't hear anything.
It's an ideal place to stop when visiting Stratford upon Avon and there is a farm shop and cafe within walking distance of the site.
We enjoyed our stay and would visit again if ever in the area.

Easy access off A41
Spacious pitches each fully serviced, the facilities were spotlessly clean.
This site is never overcrowded.
Security gates giving a real sense that our unit would be safe whilst we were out.
It was perfectly situated for Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford on Avon and places of interest in the area.
Fabulous Farm shop and cafe just five minutes up the road, the village has a nicely stocked shopped a very nice pub. About 15minute walk along a busy road.
The road noise did not bother us, will definitely be staying here again.
Lovely owners.
Would recommend this site.

Stayed for 5 nights.
Nice site well looked after. Taps are on the pitch, chemical disposal can be a good walk depending which pitch you are on. Fairly priced. Electricity not metered.
Owners were very friendly.
There is a road behind the site which was busy, we found it noisy at first but after a few nights got use to it. Great site for a stop-off point.
Site security bit OTT. Two brand new gates with different codes, very close to each other. Suggest using one in the daytime and two after 8pm.
Two toilets were clean and modern.
Enjoyed our stay although weather not that good.
Short drive to Stratford-upon-Avon.

We recently stayed at Green Gates for a couple of nights. The pitches are very large, all with EHU, water and a picnic bench. You choose your pitch on arrival. This is not a manned site although the owners do come and say hello and to check everything is ok. Great communication from Deb and Mark, booking was via pitch up.
The facilities were spotlessly clean. The main building is quite modern but there is only one toilet and two showers. There is another small building at the top of the site housing a shower, toilet and washing machine.
If I had to find a negative it would be the road noise, it was constant from about 4am. The bins and elsan point are behind one of the pitches which you had to walk through. We found this a bit strange.
The best farm shop I have ever been to is only about 5 minutes walk away. Not much in the way of a footpath though. There is a pub in the village but we didn't get a chance to visit.

We booked Green Gates for a little winter getaway, the booking process was easy and the pre-arrival information from Deb & Mark was perfect. Very secure site with double gates on arrival.
The site has approximately 12 or so pitches, each with EHU and potable water. They were very large, perfect for dogs to roam freely. Benches provided on each pitch is an added benefit.
The facilities were brand new in 2022, they are lovely! Modern showers and also the added touch of shaving points/hairdryers. Whilst there were only 3-5 other campers on site with us, they seemed to always be empty which was brilliant. I can see them getting busier in summer months perhaps?
Approximately a 10 minute drive to Stratford-upon-Avon, I'd recommend parking at the Fisherman's carpark (Free and a 10 minute walk along the river into town!)
The site was approximately a 10 minute walk to the Snitterfield Arms, a brilliant pub with a lovely atmosphere, dog friendly and excellent food!
Thank you Deb & Mark, we will be back, no doubt!

Love this caravan site, the site is lovely and the owner is very welcoming and helpful, I’ve never been to a site where the owner comes to see how your stay is since I was a kid in the early 80s,
Stratford and Warwick are both only minutes away, farm shop down the road has some really nice food in,
We will definitely be back 👍🏼

We stayed in a Pennine Countryman deluxe folding camper during some very wet weather to test out some features and check for leaks. Easy to book and owner was friendly and efficient.
The site is easy to access and spacious, with decent pitches and large spaces in between. It has about 6 pitches, all with water and EHU.
At the far end there is a trailer containing a loo, sink and shower with free washing machine. It looked very well kept and clean although only one room with both shower and loo meant a wait sometimes. The waste disposal and bin area is across some grass and is hidden, tidy and well designed.
For a small site, the facilities were really good, and the main downside is that you are very close to the A46 which is a busy road used at all hours. If you're looking for peace and tranquillity, the site may not be for you. As a transit site or a base, it was more than adequate.

This new 5 pitch, dog friendly, set up is a great little site, the owner Mark is adding improvements all the time, The shower and toilet facility is a lovely, homely, high standard facility with a free washing machine
The pitches are huge with hard standing or grass if preferred, set between rows of young apple tree with own water tap and electric hook up,
Mark works hard making sure everything ok, and makes time to stop for a chat
He has just ordered picnic benches for each pitch and intends to put another loo further down the site along with a covered wash up area and a communal BBQ pit
Great organic farm shop 5 min walk with cafe, farm animals and play area
The local shop and dog friendly pub slow 20 min walk
Whats not to like, will definitely be back
Although it didn't bother us there is road traffic noise so if you want total quiet this isn't the site for you, however Mark has put in planning permission to erect fencing that will reduce traffic noise considerably, all this for 5 pitches is amazing
