After reading some of the reviews about access I can only think they don’t know how to drive, we have a 30 foot double axle and flew in,
Roads to the site are very quiet as is the site itself,
20 minutes walk to an amazing town and the site is £10 per night ( no electric )
Don’t get put off by people who are unable to drive their own homes

We have used this campsite a few times over the last couple of years as it is in a good location, walking distance to town
A couple of years ago we were charged £15 with electric last year £20 with electric this year £30 pounds a night
There are no proper electric hookups, we had a little house extension pushed out from under a garage door luckily I have a fly lead.
Two toilets not that clean, no showers
Not worth the price they are charging

Agree with other last 2 comments. Told there was electric but none when I arrived. Wanted to put me in sloping orchard too wet so chose to sit at side of laurels.
Need to be physically fit to lift drains for chemical toilet disposal as bedded in cobbled area difficult to walk on.
£5 with no electric Whopping £30 with electric ( no proper electric supply in courtyard).
Good to walk into town. Very tight site entrance.

A very warm welcome from the owner. The site is very conveniently located for town centre attractions (15 min. Walk).
However, it is not easy (but not impossible, with care) to access with a larger motorhome or caravan due to parked vehicles on the approach road.
I did not attempt to use the grass pitches as the surface was very wet ( to be expected in February ) with an upward slope to the exit gate. The hard standing is a small parking area shared with the customers and staff of the adjacent upholstery workshop.
The facilities were very basic but perfectly adequate.
I would use the site again purely for its location but I feel that the £20/night fee was rather pricey given the above comments.

First thing to say about this site is the access.
I am a experienced caravanner who also has a class 1 HGV licence and I struggled to get our van into this site. Not just getting into the entrance but the roads in and out. With a large caravan large motorhome or a twin axle like ours think twice.
Apart from that the sites basic, the owner is real friendly and its location is great for the town centre.
I will not be going back there.

Location great, ten minutes walk to town centre 0. 7mile. Hardstanding with or without electric. Grass pitches without electric.
Grass area is in orchard, lovely position. £4 per person plus £4 for electric if wanted. For us £8 was great for its location to the town.
Walking distance to West Midlands Showground is less than a mile. There are two toilets with wash basins but no showers.
