We stayed here as its a 5 minute drive to the Oswestry show and town. Just off the main road and down a lane so its nice and quiet.
2 pubs within walking distance.
Friendly lady who runs it, nice field and showers/ toilets nice and clean.
Even some chickens to feed on site with fresh eggs to buy.
Will definitely stay there again next year

A warm welcome and a very pleasant stay.
Showers and toilets were excellent, though I can imagine they might get rather busy if the site was full. Fortunately it was very quiet when I was there.
Very fresh eggs from the site’s own ducks made for an excellent camp breakfast.

Carrie made us very welcome and her site is lovely!
Very clean and tidy with lots of well thought out extras that made our stay memorable.
We would be very happy to go back sometime.

A nice site just outside Oswestry. The children loved feeding the chickens and ducks.
Good facilities, charging lockers, fridge and freezer and being able to hire a fire pit was great.
We had a lovely 3 night stay. Site is walking distance to a nice pub that serves good food (The Navigator).
We had a good 3 night stay.

Lovely small and friendly campsite. The pitches were very spacious and flat.
There were 2 full bathrooms (including toilet, shower and sink) and one separate toilet and these were all kept spotlessly clean. There was only one shower open when we stayed (due to restrictions) which was on a booking system so that it was cleaned between each household. This worked really well and it was lovely to be able to have a hot shower when so many sites have theirs completely closed.
Carrie (the owner) was often present around site and very friendly and approachable.
Other facilities worth noting are: the use of a fridge and freezer in the reception area if needed, the option to buy fresh eggs collected from the chickens and ducks at the top of the camping field and the fact that you could have campfires (with the chance to hire fire pits and buy logs).
We would definitely return to this site in the future because it had a great atmosphere!

Lovely site with hen and duck eggs for sale. Toilet and showers very clean with hand sanitiser at all strategic points. 2 pubs within easy walking distance - 1 doing lovely meals although a tad expensive. Both are dog friendly.
Only down side was no EHU so feel more aimed at tents although the pitches are all of a very generous size and level and can easily accommodate motor homes and caravans.
Owners very friendly and helpful.
