The road up to the campsite is narrow wasn't sure I was on the correct road. Parked on the pitch and met the owner very friendly and helpful.
Pitches are big with hedges round them also might need level ramps. Toilets are spotless with a band system easy to use.
Campsite is on a farm also very clean. Nice fenced in dog walk up to a viewpoint.
15 min walk to New Abbey with a coffee shop don't know if its dog friendly.
Also a village store didn't use it.
There is a few goats round the back of the house.

A beautifully kept rural campsite, with some lovely touches & perfectly presented facilities.
The perfect stopover with wonderful views.
Hosts were accommodating with our slightly late checkin.

Lovely clean site with great views credit to owners
Facilities were spotless could not fault them for that only if you on cl site it's a bit of walk to them as they on separate site
There is a band system you take a band in with you to say its occupied but you can't lock the doors might suit some but not us.

What a beautiful place to stay ( even though it never stopped raining ) Toilet and showers lovely and clean and the site was spotless.
The pitches were really big with all the facilities to hand.
Sandra and Colin were really friendly and the info they gave us was great as we ended up eating at the same place for our 3 nights as per their recommendation.

Excellent site, great views.
Facilities so clean and well maintained. We had a fully serviced pitch.
It is a working farm and we could hear lambs bleating, just perfect !
Yes the access road is narrow but so quiet, a route to a few houses only, you probably won’t meet anything.
Highly recommend

A lovely small quiet campsite, well spaced out with hedging between units.
The shower block was one of the best I've been in. Large walk in shower.
Immaculately clean.

A lovely, intimate 5 pitch site adjacent to Landis Farm CL both under same ownership on a working farm. The sites and farm are accessed via a little used single track road.
The owners are very friendly and the site is beautifully maintained with planters, strategically placed picnic tables and decorated with random pieces of old but brightly refurbished farm equipment.
The 2 unisex wetrooms available for use by both sites are spacious, extremely clean and an example to other sites of how washrooms should be on all sites.
Very little sadly to view from pitches due to hedges and trees being in full leaf. I can imagine some pitches would have great views in the winter months.
Levelling ramps needed on some pitches which on Criffel View are fully serviced and spacious.
There was little road noise due to the isolated location of the site. 20mins walk along access road and public footpaths crossing private land into sleepy village of New Abbey.
Any supplies needed would need picking up from towns further a field but there's Sweetheart Abbey in the village which is currently under repair so heavily fenced off for safety and a tea room and ample parking.
Criffel View and Landis Farm are great sites for complete rest or if you have use of car or bikes used as a base.
