We were a little dubious being a nearly wild campsite but what a fantastic campsite. This adults only gem is in a wonderful rural location well off the main roads but 10 min from llangollen.
The owners could not do enough to help us a really big thank you for making our stay memorable, the use of a car for motorhomers is a brill idea and enabled us to explore the area with ease.
We had booked here for 2 nights with the intention of doing a bit of touring around north wales, after the first night we really didn't want to leave so we spent the full 12 days of our holiday here,
It was so peaceful, brill night skies with shooting stars and you really can hear the tooting of the steam train in the distance which makes for a surreal experience.
The only negatives is the single track road to get to Cymmo but that is also what makes this a brill location and the field being a little uneven but easy to level our unit on its chocks.
We have already booked for next year
