 The site was recommended by friends and exceeded our expectations.
Really warm welcome from Kirsty and Richard they covered everything from Emergency contacts and phone numbers to Local Beaches, country walks, cycle tracks, castles, Supermarkets, Eating out, Eating in, Fuel stations etc etc, The site is immaculate and dog friendly.
The facilities (shower, toilets, kitchen area and disabled toilet); These amenities were second to none, lovely fixtures and fittings and the showers were so good I used them instead of my own caravan shower! Very COVID friendly you feel very safe.
Kirsty and Richard work really hard to make our stay memorable one they even said if we have any special occasions /requests that you need planning please contact us.
This is what a holiday should feel like; well priced, good atmosphere, great facilities and phenomenal staff.

What a lovely family!
This is a brand new site, not quite finished yet, just final touches required.
As stated there is a potential for 29 units but think it may be overcrowded if full as some if the pitches are not overly generous. There is to be free WIFI apparently but this was not set up when we were there, also laundry facilities but there was no tumble drier as yet.
Pitches are relatively flat although we needed levellers on ours. The facilities have been finished to a high standard (2 toilets, 2 showers and 2 sinks in each male and female rooms and a large disabled wet room with toilet, shower and sink)and again, when totally finished will be fab - all usable now though.
All pitches are fully serviced with 16amp electric supply. We stayed at an introductory rate of £20 all in but, when totally finished I would imagine the price may rise.
Tv reception good, plenty of walks close by and cycling was good. Holywell is a 45 minute walk as is the nearest shop but there are takeaways which will deliver to the site and there is a pub within 20 minutes walk that serves food although didn’t use so can’t comment.
When finished totally I would give a 10/10 rating.
