Great little site with great places to walk nearby. Even just round the farm seeing the animals is lovely with the farm shop on site.

We stayed for 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend.

Didn't use the facilities but looked clean and tidy.

Easy access to water and waste transfer

This is an excellent location for walking an travelling

The site is a 1916 Royal Flying Corp site 37HD Squadron was based here and a plaque is on the shop,

Facilities are good the lady owner is lovely.

Plenty of room and animals goats, horses, big horses and little horses with a mule thrown in, the odd light aircraft and hang gliding along with all sorts of birds.

It is still a quiet site and some excellent Pubs not that far away

Just back from 2 nights at this lovely camp site.

Facilities were very clean, beautiful walks nearby and the added bonus of a farm shop, selling excellent meats.

The owner was very welcoming.

We will definitely go back to this site.

Stayed for 3 nights at this lovely secluded campsite.

Toilet block and showers were spotless, and lovely big pitch area.

Farm shop and animal on site was an added bonus (donkeys, goats, horses, ponies)

Plus just a walk through 2 fields and you are at the sea wall ( a coastal path ) that runs to haybridge basin ( cafes on route ) maldon, which has an amazing Quay well worth a visit.

Quiet small site, plenty of room and nature.

Really enjoyed our stay

Great host. Level grass pitches in their own little fenced area which also includes toilets, showers, waste water disposal, CDP, fresh water and 8 EHUs.

Great walks across the owners fields and onto the sea wall.

Well stocked farm shop and animals the other side of the fence. Expect a noisy cockerel! Good dog walks.

Great little site, immaculately clean and well looked after.

Great host. Flat area with unmarked grass pitches with EHU close by. Water, waste, CDP, toilets and showers all within 50 metres of the furthest pitch.

Good walk across the site owners land and onto the sea wall to local villages.

Farm shop on site selling good produce. Farm animals surround the pitches, expect a noisy cockerel!

Great little site.

A quiet spot for our first family camping trip. Clean basic facilities. Very welcoming at the farm shop as you enter.

Dog friendly as well. Walks along the coast wall. Maybe some more signage needed to point you in the right direction for walks.

The weather had been awful with torrential rain and we were worried as the pitches are grass but Hubby phoned and we were told no problem as the ground drains very quickly.

We had the field to ourselves and as it was secure we were able to let the dog off his lead. There is one ladies and one gents toilet/shower however this is not heated, there is also indoor dishwashing, everything was spotlesslyclean.

There is electric hook up. I do think that if there were caravans and tents in the field then facilities and space would be stretched.

There are lovely walks around the farm and plenty of animals to see. There is also a very nice farm shop.

The owner was very friendly. Nearby is Heybridge where there as a small shopping centre and we recommend the fish and chip shop.

There is also Heybridge with it's pretty Basin, river walks, tea room and pubs.
