 Site is fantastic, didn't dislike anything. Owner very helpful and friendly, site handy for everything.
Park&Ride only 2 miles away, handy for visiting York attractions. Yorkshire Air Museum only 2 miles away definitely worth a visit.
Have stayed here a number of times, its my go to spot for York area and only about 45 miles to Scarborough.
It's quiet, peaceful and plenty room, electric is metered but have never needed to top up yet when staying there.

Ideally located near York. Beautiful well kept site, it' is a grassed site with modern electrical hookups ( metered but you can top up if needed ).
Ideally priced and perfect for the kids to run around and play without bothering anyone else there.
The owners are brilliant they were so friendly and were on hand to help if you needed anything. Couldn't ask for better hosts.
Really enjoyed the stay, we will definitely be going back.
The place is advertised as not having toilets or showers etc, so you can't moan that they're not there, it's just a really nice place surrounded by fields.

Excellent site, beautiful place and very nice owners.
No showers or toilets but knew before we went,
Still happy to go, glad we did.

What a great site
Large pitch
Super field
Good for dogs lots of open fields.
Great for Elvington, York maze and the shopping outlet
Owners very friendly.

What an idyllic location. Hubby and I took our bikes and appreciated how FLAT the site and surrounds are. There are deers, an owl, variety of birds and wildlife.
The site was very clean with carefully mowed grass and brilliant spacing. No interruptions to electricity[which is included]unlike other sites we've visited.
The owners have made a lovely doggie walk and pets are welcome.
This leads into a lovely wood which Jasper thought was ace. There are two welcoming pubs in pretty DUNNINGTON village, serving nice food at reasonable prices. Nice fish and chip shop within distance.
10 min ride into historic YORK. ELVINGTON Air Museum only about a mile away and the Maze Maize for children[and adults].
All in all, a well tended, peaceful and tranquil site and will CERTAINLY be returning in the very near future.
Well worth a visit.
