 Nice location, near to Chaddersley Corbett, which is a lovely village. The weather was fantastic, which always makes a difference. Fishing was good, people were very pleasant too.
Probably wouldn't stay again though because the pitches were all hard standing, and we prefer grass.
Our main dislike was the pitch was all stones, laid on a plastic sheet, not gravel compacted which is the norm. The plastic prevents water draining away - we had a hose connection pop out so water was running for a few minutes. This caused a wet patch which didn't cause us a problem but took the best part of the week to dry. Bearing in mind it was the hottest and dryest week of 2024, I wouldn't want to be there if there was heavy rain.
The other downside was the on site shower, which although spotlessly clean was very old and dated.

Simply the best!
This was our first visit to Weatheroaks Farm, and we can’t praise this site enough! Judith and Graham are very proud of their CL, and rightly so, It’s an amazing place!
The surrounding scenery is breathtaking while the fishing lakes attract all manner of birds and wildlife. 6 pools to fish give you plenty of choice.
The local area has a fabulous garden centre, plus a reasonably priced garage where you can get anything you need for your stay.
Plenty of nearby attractions and historical towns to keep the non fishing people happy too.
This CL is fully serviced, with beautifully kept exclusive toilets and shower facilities, it is adults only, and included in the nightly fee, free fishing on the small lake nearest the CL site.
We can’t recommend this site highly enough, Judith and Graham are great hosts and more than happy to help, should you need it.
We certainly plan to visit again as soon as possible!
