 Close to Downham Market, very handy for shops, restaurants etc. Well kept grounds, pleasant outlook, 3 fishing lakes on site.
£20 p/n includes electricity - £7 daily for fishing. No toilets/showers but ok by us.
All grass pitches, (sadly very waterlogged when it rains)
On the down side the rubbish skip (not emptied, just crushed down) and Elsan point area & dog poo bins (overflowing and extremely smelly)

Well this is absolutely idyllic, there's no facilities, plenty of water points and EHU.
No tents though.
In the little village of Denver, 5mins walk to a pub. Several lakes dotted about and streams with one lake larger than the others, . They also have a rally field on a level field. They have a lodge in the ground sleeps 3 X 2 people.
Lots of wildlife and a dog walk. Cannot fault it at all. There was no one else there only a couple of fishermen turned up. Lots of seating areas scattered around and you can walk around the lakes.
£18 a night Inc electricity. Bradley was very helpful and showed me to my pitch and made sure I was ok.
Highly recommend this site, but also want to keep it a secret 😉
Children need to be supervised due to all the water
