A nice, clean and well-run site in a beautiful area.
A little walk to the facilities block where one large modern washroom houses unisex loos (3) and showers(2). All super clean but maybe not for shy toileters as cubicles are not floor to ceiling so for some people this would not be enough privacy. Not a problem for us though and site was quiet.
Kitchen/washup area shared with country ride users as it is their clubhouse; site is part of an equestrian facility with visiting riders and their horses using the rides in the area.
Good base for exploring Skipton/ Malham area. Main road is nearby but no traffic noise at site where there are signposted walks with viewpoints so you can enjoy the vistas over the Yorkshire countryside.

This has to be one of the most enjoyable sites we have had the honour to stay at, we had a very friendly welcome from our hosts and the site was spot on.
We were told all we needed to know and thoroughly enjoyed our stay,
It is in a lovely area, and not far from main shops,
We mainly just loved the peace and quiet.
Will definitely be going back. Thank you.

The site has 8 hook ups and a grass area for tents. Motorhomes/Caravans used by people who bring their horses on holiday with them are also parked near to the stables.
Everything was clean, neat and tidy and the walks around the farm and the cross country course gave beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, including Malham Cove.
Watching the training of a young sheepdog was fascinating. There were no problems with queuing for the (4) toilets or (2) showers, but this might be a problem during high season.
Skipton is a lovely little town with quite a few independent shops, but the Tourist Information Centre in the Town Hall left a lot to be desired. Very good fish and chips from the Frying Yorkshireman in Gargrave.
There is no wifi on site, so if you don't have a 'fancy' phone you won't get internet access. I don't have such a phone and so felt a little cut off.
We would have appreciated details for emergency doctor, dentist, hospital, vet as well as a little local information of local taxis, garage, walks etc pinned up in the communal room, but the only information was for an equine vet.
We would stay on the site again if we ever decided to re-visit the area.

Probably the most peaceful site we've stayed on and on such a lovely location.
A small adults only site, just a few vans and motor homes and well spaced out.
Facilities are immaculate and there is even a club room with an Aga.
The owners were so friendly and welcoming.
Can't wait to return!

Was a little disappointed after previous reviews. The site is neat enough, facilities a short walk away, two unisex toilets were open but shared with the equestrian visitors which, when busy, could cause an issue. Shower was closed so unable to comment.
Although advertised as a 5CS site there were more when we stayed and potentially places for ten tents but couldn’t see where they’d go?
We weren’t shown where anything was but understand that the host was unwell at the time.
We’ve stayed at places with better facilities for a lot less than their £25 p. N.

Lovely peaceful, secluded site, not far off the main road on a working farm. Hard standing for 5 vans plus a flattish field for tents.
Facilities are a short walk away on the corner of the farm buildings, very clean, there is a 'common room' with an aga and refreshments available, toilets are off this room and are clean, warm and spacious, I noticed a washing machine in there too.
Friendly welcome from David the farmer. Short drive away from Settle, Skipton and Malham, we were only there 2 nights and the weather on our full day was atrocious but it looked like there were lots of footpaths nearby for walks,
Would definitely return, although the price we thought was on the high side at £22 per night for a certificated site.
