 Very simple site in an utterly stunning location - uninterrupted views across Edgehill and towards Stratford upon Avon pretty much wherever you choose to pitch. Spectacular sunsets. The payoff for this is that it can be a bit windy!
Very large field, suitable for exercising well behaved dogs off the lead (although there are horses next door and the fencing is not totally dog-proof).
Excellent walking nearby across the Upton estate (National Trust and worth a visit for house and gardens) and around pretty villages, although you do need to go on the road to get to it.
Good village shop and pub in nearby Tysoe, walkable if you are fit as the return journey is a steep climb, also a pub in Shenington.
No EHU and the water pressure is a bit steady so fill ups take a bit of patience, elsan point; old runway provides hardstanding if needed, but site drains really well, also pretty level.
Friendly owner. Fantastic site to get away from it all, get together with friends and just enjoy the countryside.
