Peaceful and sheltered CL close to the attractions of East Devon and Dorset. Set in the lee of two hills, with large secure field for dog walking immediately adjacent to the pitches; footpaths and quiet lanes nearby for walkers.

EHU, water points and elsan all within in easy reach and great little touches such as solar lights illuminating the taps; some pitches are more level than others and the tall hedge offers shade if needed. Owner Ali is friendly but not intrusive.

Last half mile of access is quite tight for a larger motorhome but follow this route as the alternatives are even tighter!

The closest village has what looks like a great bakery/takeaway but it was closed for refurbishment at the time of our visit;

There's a big Tesco in nearby Seaton.

Lovely place for a quiet getaway.
