Great location, plenty of space,
Nice walks on the doorstep, good pub a short walk away.
Toilets and showers are fine for the price - hot water but small.

Friendly site owners and helpful.
Good level site. Well laid out.
Toilets/showers a bit limited, but clean and working fine.
Well located to interesting canal areas, NT site and good local farm-type shop
Site entrsnce a little narrow - must use care.

Although winter we had hard standing with hook up.
Place well looked after. But toilets could do with a bit more attention.
New Park for the kids. 10 min walk to a good pub with good meals.
You can catch the bus to Stafford from there.
You have the choice of a canal side farm shop. Or a spar. Cafe at canal side.
Very very good hosts. 👍

The welcome was real and we were shown to the pitch.
We were told the best walks in the area 2 canals 1 river and able to walk past Shrugborough hall.
Opposite the site is a garden centre and farm delecatesan The owners are in their 2nd year and nothing seems yo much trouble.
The toilets and showers are different but very useable. Water was very near. Even had an ice cream van visiting.
Only £22 Per night. Need to be aware tight turn onto the site.
A great relaxing site great for walks pleasant pub nearby the Clifford Arms this site is well worth a visit

Excellent beautiful and clean site
Staff were fantastic.
We're were on hard standing which was level there's ehu and waste.
Shower block coming soon. I've seen some negative reviews on here but please ignore as they are new owners.
Lovely walks down the canal to the marina and then to the farm shop. Mmmm. Nice.
You must try this is a little gem of a place. Thanks.

An absolute hidden gem! Right on the glorious Staffs & Worcs canal, so we took the kayak and access was so easy at Haywood Junction.
We live close by so a perfect easy getaway.
We loved the peaceful surroundings, the quiet location and the fabulous owners. They are so friendly and respond to emails quickly. We paid £15 for grass pitch with EHU. Caravans were on the hardstanding, all were flat.
You need to be self contained, but water and chemical waste available.
Right opposite is the Canalside Farm Shop - a huge shop of delicious food and treats, with a cafe on the Canalside.
We will be back!
