 This site is very clean grass pitches well drained no puddles.

The toilets are very well kept there are 2 free shower cubicles and one single toilet cubical with wash basin and hand dryer. Bothe the showers have a wash basin and toilet in each and one shower bigger than the other (Could do with a plastic chair in each one) p. Ir lights through out the the building and a storm proof outer door.

A disabled toilet/shower and a family shower room would be a good idea.

The site has door bell camera system and a key code barrier to get in.

The electric plug and water are together in a box for each pitch the The grey water and elson point are behind a fence across from the toilets.

The electric use a top up card system and is reset by the site to £10 for free if you use it up just use the door camera and they will come and reset it for free again

The site is dog friendly and has a dog walking area.

It is a bit out of the way but there are 2 pubs down the road about 2 miles we used the Ship Inn and it was very good.

This is a really good site and is only a 10 minute bus ride to York.

We had a great stay (but we forgot to order the sunshine)

 Immaculate facilities and super friendly staff/owners.

Only 15 minute drive into York city centre or there is a bus stop a short walk away.
