Opposite market and a lovely chippy on site and the lager was mmmmm

Earlier this year we had a great holiday here, a fantastic caravan great entertainment really enjoyed the charity night on sat will definitely be coming back for more great fun plan on spending new year with family there. We will definitely be coming back this summer and will be bringing our grandkids. Thanks John

Been here 3 times already. Going again this October half term. Can't fault it. Everything you could need within a short walk to keep the kids happy. 2 funfairs, amusements, beach, park football field, go-carts, race track.
Club on site requires a membership for about £3.50 but the drinks are well priced so you get your money back that way. Resident DJ is great entertainment.

Great site, all the shops and markets close by with the fairground directly across the road, Bobby Roberts Circus Close by in season.
Always Top Class entertainment @ the club. A small pool at back of club. Staff, Management & Security are very friendly and helpful.
A well stocked bar in the club (need passes or pay on the door), great playroom. Always plenty for kids and Adults to do.

I visit Winkups nearly twice a year the play area is great the toilets are always clean and they have a well stocked shop. Also if you have the right fittings you can connect up your fresh water supply and your waste so no need to take waste water container. I have never been in the site pub cant see any point in paying a members fee for a short stay when all the other pubs don't charge. Very good for the market and car boot just over the road and plenty of places to visit.
Have just phoned them ( MAY 2007 ) and they have advised they no longer take tourers.

I think this site is really family friendly, there's lots for all age's to do, there's loads of placers to visit and site seeing trips to go on.
The site it's self has lots to offer, There is a good play area for the kids, the is a well stocked shop for all your daily needs, the is also a chip shop and laundrette and asda is just a 10 minute drive from the site.
The touring pitchers have been improved since I last visited there and they are a lot better now.
There is a big out door market on right opposite the site which is on Saturday and Sunday,
There is a fair next to the market for the kids to go on while the mums and dads are in the club,
The club is very good, there is entrainment on every night with a late night disco on after.
On the whole a very good site and would recommend it to any one.

Not 100% impressed with the site. I would give it 5/10. The toilet block was a long way away from are caravan. Also the toilet / shower room was dirty. We also complained about a caravan next to ours where the noise and trouble and the owner didn’t do much about it.
