 Fantastic setting, very peaceful, immaculate clean facilities. Hosts are very welcoming.
The only slight issues and by no means a deal breaker, are the showers would be better if they had hand held shower heads not fixed and the site could really do with a TV mast as reception is very hit and miss on some pitches.
Will definitely visit again!

This site is a real hidden gem
Sooo quiet
Spotless
Fully serviced pitch
Really marvellous dog field
It's just so central to everywhere in Cornwall

Lovely quiet, adults only site.
Very clean with great views and walks.
Clean toilets and showers.
10 min drive into Falmouth.
Tracy was a lovely host,

Just spent 10 days at this amazing adults only site.
It is all hardstanding gravel, nicely landscaped, ample size pitches with a patch of grass at the side. There is 16 amp electric for which there is no extra charge.
There are toilets and showers which are so well kept I asked if they were brand new. Water on every pitch plus a drain for waste.
It's a very private peaceful site near the Cornwall Coast to Coast Way, perfect for cyclists.
Not far from Truro and Falmouth
The owners are very welcoming and helpful.

This is a beautiful, well. Maintained site. With very friendly owners Tracy and John.
Highly recommended for any adults seeking peace and quiet on a well equipped site, in a beautiful part of Cornwall.
We will define returning.

Lovely situation looking out on the valley. Very new but the grounds will be beautiful when the hedges have grown.
Only 16 large pitches with water and grey water drain on each pitch so it will never feel cramped.
If full, I think we would use our on board shower as only two showers in total. But the shower was lovely and warm and spotlessly clean.
Very friendly and helpful owners- I can see this site developing into a little gem!
Our phones didn’t get much of a signal (O2) but EE was ok. No internet yet. For a few nights this wasn’t a problem but for a week I would like a little bit of technology!

So impressed by this site & we’ve stayed at many!
Excellent communication from the owners from the moment we booked,
Lovely valley in a beautiful area easily accessible from A30,
Serviced immaculate pitches well set out,
Lovely clean facilities.
Huge dog walking field & walk to the river.
Excellent cafe down the road.
Short drive to Truro.
Lovely peaceful night,
We will be back! Thank you guys
