A beautiful, very spacious and peaceful site in a lovely area. We received a warm welcome from site manager Stuart and chose our own pitch.
Amenities are good for a pop-up site: a generous block of decent showers with adjacent washing-up areas and Portaloos scattered around the site. Portaloos can whiff a bit but are the only practical solution, Fire-pits and logs are available (expensive) or you can bring your own.
We only stopped for a 2-night family break but there are plenty of places to visit on longer stays including nearby Lewes, Brighton, Seven Sisters and Eastbourne.

Brilliant campsite, one of the best I've stayed at in the UK. Lots of space and lovely and quiet. You're free to pitch wherever you like and the area is huge, so it doesn't feel at all cramped.
Lovely staff (both on the site and in the office).
The facilities, including showers, are all nice and clean; the furthest pitches are a bit of a walk from the shower block, but there are Portaloos and water taps dotted around.
Perfect location - close to Lewes, short drive to the beaches and lots to do in the local area.
