 Not a great site, but cheap at £12 per night.
The grass had been cut but not raked up; as the weather had improved, we thought that this could have been done. It's quite a small square field, right next to the A540 so rather noisy. Access can be difficult with the heavy traffic, luckily most drivers are considerate. It's easy to get to everywhere. Be aware that if going east to get on the A53, stay on the A5117, you can't access the M53 from the M56.
It's about 4 miles north of Chester, which is a must see if you haven't been. Cheshire Oaks designer outlet and the zoo are both close by. There is a shop (no alcohol) at the garage at the roundabout just down the road.
The owner is pleasant and friendly, but there are better sites in the area.
