We tried here for our first trial run in our new caravan only 9 miles from home. What a lovely well kept little place.
Only 5 caravan pitches so nice and quiet. Facilities were extremely clean and well kept.
If you wish for a small place to retreat, this is great. Plenty of walks around with nice scenery.
Lee & Jenny we're very helpful and pleasant 🙂

Stayed again at this wonderful campsite over the weekend of the Coronation.
We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the owners to make us comfortable during our stay.
The facilities are spotlessly clean and the area is very rural and quiet.
Lots of walking opportunities and some lovely towns and villages in the area to explore.
We would highly recommend a visit.

If you are looking for a well ran, very quiet level site in beautiful countryside, Holly Tree Cottage is an absolute gem!
Jenny and Lee certainly know how to create a perfect setting and the facilities provided are wonderful (I took my shoes off to enter the washroom but was afraid my socks would dirty the immaculate floor)!
Its great to know that sites like this are available. Loved our stay.

A very nice campsite, with secure security gate. The hosts were friendly and accommodating.
Level pitches with individual water and EHU points, toilets were immaculate.
Some lovely walks in the area, perfect for a peaceful stay.
Slightly difficult to find as satnav sent us down a very narrow lane

We have just returned, fully refreshed, from a 7 day break at Lee & Jenny's beautiful and peaceful site located deep in the Staffordshire countryside.
If you like the sound of nature, and perhaps the local farmer going about his or her business, then this is the site for you. Perfect for reading that novel!
The relatively new toilet block was immaculately maintained, exceptionally clean and contained all the essentials one would need. Lee and Jenny are very personable hosts with nothing you ask of them being too much trouble.
This isn't a case of IF we return but WHEN we return which hopefully will be in the not-too-distant future.
Thank you Lee, Jenny & Chas (a very friendly dog!)

Terrific campsite. Small, quiet, peaceful, adults only. Excellent convenience for an overnight stay travelling between the north and the south on the M6.
Site is level, with 5 hardstanding pitches, each with its own Electric hookup, water tap and grey water drain. There's also a motorhome service point.
They have two toilets, recently added, which are luxurious and spacious, each with wash basin. No showers though (water pressure inadequate apparently).
Site is secure as behind electric gates (key fob provided to enter, you pay a deposit).
Site owners are extremely friendly and obliging.
Although we only used the site as a one-night stop-off, we plan to return and stay longer.
The local area is pleasant, and the local town of Eccleshall (about 12-15 minutes) is a delightful small town with multiple cafes, pubs, and independent shops.
