 Lovely campsite
Peaceful, spacious a pond and woodland walk
Also games area with connect 4, swing ball and other games.
We loved the composting toilet the showers are great too.
Will visit again

We were looking for a quiet campsite to spend some time, no dogs was great as kids can then roam, it was also very quiet - we were only people there until about 9pm, so was ideal.
Basic but well kept facilities and a few walks available.
There was a badminton net with rackets and shuttle as well as another game on site and included.
Only possibly bad point is if it does get busy may struggle to find flat ground.

A basic campsite with taps and compost toilets but I was the only one there and the grass was long and comfortable.
Excellent customer service from the owner who gave good directions, took a phone call from me when nearly there, came down to meet me on arrival and again before I left following a night of torrential rain.
Slightly dear for me at £15 per night but I can see his point of view, much less and it wouldn't be worth his while.
The attractive village of Culworth is just up the hill with its excellent Forge Cafe which opens at 9am.
