 Great booking system where you can see exactly what and when the pitches are available. That said we arrived without booking and registered at the Garrison office, the staff of which were most helpful.
Despite it being the height of the season when Millport was rammed with visitors only 1 pitch was occupied on our first night and two on the second.
The site is in a wonderful position for exploring the town with good views of the area.
A minor issue is that the site is in a public area with no security whatsoever and members of the public, mainly dog walkers, were walking through, but without any problems.
I was slightly concerned that the CDP and fresh water supply were a couple of feet apart from each other, but otherwise everything we needed was available and at £18 per night good value.

Site good and handy for island,
Could do with shower block, clean toilets that don't need paying for if you a camper and had bother with electric cutting out constantly.
