 So lucky to find this campsite, it's our Go to Site when we want a few days away.

Peaceful and relaxing with lovely walks and friendly hosts.

Within our budget.

Facilities are basic but that's the beauty of it.

 Beautiful site, facilities are basic but kept very clean. The owner Mark and his wife were very welcoming and friendly.

Only used this for a stopover on the way to Cornwall but I will definitely return for a few days next time.

The last mile of the approach is quite narrow but the locals are very friendly and gave way for us coming through, I did make a point of leaving early next morning.

There’s a circle of bushes in the centre of the main field complete with a fire pit and plenty of wood available to use so I think it would be a great place for a stopover with friends.

Local cider produced not to far away and a lovely pub (The Hungry Farmer) in nearby Whimple.

For £15 per night with electricity or £10 without I’d definitely give it a try.
