A beautifully kept campsite. The facilities block is immaculate. The owner is friendly, and could not do enough to help.
There are hardstandings and room for tents.
The site slopes slightly, however there are some flat areas.
All campsite costs have risen recently. I felt Hill View offers value for money.
The weather was wet during my stay, however there is shelter from westerly winds.
I would certainly return.
A Gem.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights, our first ever CS! We are now hoping they are all up to the same, very high, standard of Hill View.
Beautifully kept pitches (all hardstanding (5) with water and EHU to each) and grounds with the most fantastic views over the glorious Carmarthenshire countryside. Literally peace and quiet. Heaven.
Fantastic facilities (5*), which comprise of 2 individual wet rooms with shower, toilet and sink (one with baby changing facilities). Both spotlessly clean during our 3 night stay.
Washing up sink with a view too!
Eggs, jams and salad/vegetables available to buy from the owners.
A short drive to the town of Llandysul, with local shops, supermarket, takeaways, etc. , and lovely walk around the park and river.
Great fish and chip shop in the next village, plenty of parking and you can eat in too. Good food!
Emma and all the family work tirelessly to keep the site perfect for all their guests. No wonder they are an award winning site (Best CS and Best Newcomer 2022). All very well deserved!
Highly recommended.

We stayed at this campsite as a family of 9.
The facilities are second to none.
Fridges are provided for guests which are amazing.
Toilet shower blocks are immaculate.
The shop on site provides all the basics you need for your trip. Coffee fresh rolls etc are made on site. Pizza and other food is served from a van that arrives on a Friday night.
Grounds are amazing and views are to die for.

This is a lovely site and had everything I needed. The showers, toilets etc are very modern and clean.
The site is pretty level which made pitching a tent easier.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.
You will need to travel a little to explore this wonderful area of west Wales.

Just got back from 3 great days here.
Pitches were a great size. Water and electric hook ups on all pitches within easy reach - no extra long hook up cables needed. Lovely, modern toilet and shower block.
Plenty of room. Warm showers, mirrors, baby changing, well lit at night. Chemical disposal. There is a washing up area. Nice gated site so separated from the road.
Lovely landscaping with flowers, bushes, natural hedgerow and benches dotted around to sit on.
Don't be put off by the road - it's not busy and the area is very quite. Easy reach to many beautiful areas in carmarthen, including Cenarth falls, Newcastle Emlyn, Llandysul and many areas along the river Teifi.
Emma is very friendly and she sells duck eggs, hen eggs, jam and some produce.
We went with 2 dogs and they loved it too.

What an amazing find! This site is perfect. The owner is so friendly and gave us a lovely welcome pack containing home made scones and bara brith etc.
The site is spotless and has plenty of space per pitch. The shower block is immaculate and like being at home! So spacious and beautiful and modern.
I paid £12. 50 per night for a non ehu tent pitch which is an absolute bargain!
My granddaughter doesn't want to leave, and we shall be returning in a fortnight.
