This site was absolutely stunning only 11 hard standing pitches which made it ideal so it wasn't too busy or noise.
The staff were friendly and helpful the amenities were very clean and well maintained,
It has a lovely fishing pond which produced some lovely fish
The gardens were well maintained and it was nice to see plenty of ducks and geese
We will definitely be coming back

Tidy site well laid out with good spacing without being too regimented
Nice helpful staff, great people - all of them!
Clean and tidy facilities, but short on showers for tent owners. Would have also preferred more drinking water taps spread around. Perhaps motorhome owners forget we don't have the option of using facilities in our units.

Dogs barking in nearby rescue centre, but we've been told the owners are in talks with them, busy road noise constantly heard on cl field, which some of the other people we spoke to moaned a lot about, but it didn't really bother us, maybe not so loud on other field.
Facilities kept reasonably clean but I personally think they need updating, site grounds kept very neat. Geese, ducks and their young enjoy wondering around and in the evening the rabbits come out to play.
I wouldn't be put off going back to the site because of the barking but think I would try the other field next time.
The staff were all friendly. Lovely area, we went through to Hornsea and was pleasantly surprised how nice, lively and vibrant it was, we'd been told it was a dull place to visit, but we loved the atmosphere of the bars and cafes, most of which spilled onto the path, on a sunny day it was really nice to sit outside have a beer or 2 and watch the world go by.
It was also Hornsea carnival week so very busy.

Hi we stayed at the willows campsite for nine nights and it was the hottest weather time this country have had.
It was our first time here and already we have booked on again for 5days, mainly went for the fishing but I had a few hours and I thought it wasn't fair on the fish, so we just really enjoyed the site, ,
Very nice owners emma and darren well helpful anytime of the day.
Cant wait to be back thank you emma and darren for a great stay.
See you soon.

My son and I completed the Yorkshire Wolds Way travelling from Hessle to Filey Brigg.
This campsite was for our first night and we had never visited before.
For those backpacking, please note it is an extra mile or so off of the way, however it was a really nice site.
Good facilities which include a seating area, although there is only one toilet/shower but at £10 per night, this was great value.

We needed a camp site near to Bishop Burton as my granddaughter was doing a course there.
We initially booked a week at Willow Pond in July 2022 and agree with other reviews about the friendly and helpful welcome from Emma and Darren.
We have been visiting every Friday since then and could not have wished for better service.
The site is clean with immaculate toilet and shower.
Friendly Geese, Ducks and even two Swans freely roam the site.
Access is easy and is only a few minutes drive from the end of the M62. There is a bit of noise at night from the nearby A63 but its not too intrusive.
Plenty of dog walking with a secure dog walking field (charges apply) just further down the lane.
Within easy reach of Beverley and Humber Bridge.
Would recommend.

What a hidden gem this site is
We were welcomed by the owner who couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was perfect
Lots of lovely dog walks and places within walking distance to see and have a quick liquid top up
The site is quiet and lots of wildlife to see
Wanted to rebook immediately but our dates were not available
We will be back
