 We have toured in NL before, but this area was new to us. What a good choice! The site is impeccably kept, with excellent facilities.
The layout of the pitches requires an 'A frame first' for all caravans, but you will enjoy hardstanding for your unit, and generous adjoining grassed area for the awning.
We were warmly welcomed, with other campers being almost universally Dutch, with one or two Germans. No Brits, so we were a novelty.
The site is very quiet, adjoining a small canal, with a cycle path alongside with strict rules on vehicle movement after 9pm, as well as a mandatory car parking area to avoid vehicular traffic between the pitches.
These rules were respected by all guests without demur and for the benefit of all.
Whilst not 'adults only' there is no children's play area, and this maintained a generally tranquil atmosphere if that is your preference.
There is some occasional distant noise from a school sports area, but it doesn't last long and is not overly intrusive.
There are 2 excellent supermarkets within a 5-minute drive.
Despite being set in a 'green pocket', if you like exploring, as we do, you are frankly spoilt for choice. In every direction, there are fantastic places to visit within 30 minutes (e. G. Den Haag, Leiden, Delft, Gouda) and much more besides, such as local castles, gardens and preserved windmills.
Then there are the fabulous beaches, such as Wassenaar.
If you are able to bring your bikes, cycling routes abound.

We would unhesitatingly recommend Camping Noorthey if you want a quiet site, with a great choice of nearby places to explore.
