Our second time at this CL which now has 3 hardstanding and 2 grass pitches.
We booked hardstanding pitch several weeks and paid 1 night deposit, then paid balance due 2 weeks before arrival as requested by email from site.
On arrival only 1 grass pitch, available -owner apologied couldn't give us hardstanding as none available (given to caravan booking after our booking confirmed). As they had our money in full nothing we could do (we had been in contact 48 hours previously but they hadn't mentioned change to booking).
Owner said grass long as been raining so hadn't been cut. All pitches are very sloping so we parked sideway on but still needed levellers. Lovely view over the valley from all pitches. Day 2 grass cut in rain but clippings left which get everywhere.
Loos /showers excellent as previously reviewed. They wouldn't be out of place at 4 star site.
Very peaceful site, hardly any traffic passes. There is good walking from site with several footpaths and bridleways but it is hilly.
It's a lovely site but our 2 night confirmed pre-paid booking wasn't honoured so we wouldn't use again.

A great little CL in a lovely area.
The site is very well cared for and now has three hard standing pitches as well as grass so we had a choice.
Lovely views from our pitch and it was so peaceful.
There are two toilets and showers which are superb and very clean.
We enjoyed a walk direct from the site up onto Moel Morfydd, it was well worth the effort as the views were amazing.

One night stopover on the way home, rang ahead to confirm a pitch. Former farm situated at the Northern end of the Horse Shoe Pass and well placed for Llangollen, Corwen and Ruthin
Pretty new CL site, 5 grass pitches all with ehu and water tap, pitches separated by fruit trees. Half a mile or so off the main road on a single track road, no problems for car and caravan. Pitches all sloping so you do need levellers.
Two loos and showers, both immaculate and seem brand new. Plenty of hot water and showers included in price
There is a chemical disposal but you must use green elsan which they sell.
There is a small shop down in the village about a mile away.
At £19 per night including electric and showers for 2 adults really top class CL.
