 The location is lovely.
They charge an extra £10 per unit to be close to the river (not worth it, save your money).
There are no facilities. Porta-loos are all you get. No showers, nowhere to wash up. Which is fine if priced accordingly.
For £35 a night I'd expect much more.
The gate is locked with a padlock which you must pay £20 deposit for a key. You're not able to leave the site without the key (? what happens in an emergency)
The ground is level with fire pits around, which is nice.
If it was £15 a unit I'd go back, no chance for £35.

A really good two nights camping at this site, but very basic no showers, just two sinks for washing up and put Porto toilets dotted around the campsite, but the kids really enjoyed the park,
It’s next to the river Medway, so grandson had a really good time in the river,
E will be going back there
