Absolutely lovely countryside views.
Very quiet and peaceful with tweeting birds, squirrels, rabbits, horses, cows and sheep in nearby fields.
A couple of overhead planes during the day but that was it.
There’s a self-serve Farm Shop down the road which we bought a delicious bloomer loaf.
Drinking water, recycling, EHU and waste water/toilet disposal. Even had a portaloo on site.
Will definitely book again.

Loved this quiet and clean site, hardstanding with grass pitch facing a field with a few young ponies.
Chemical waste, grey waste, water, food and general waste and recycling at a nearby top corner.
4 electric hook up hardstandings with room for a few non electric grass pitches.
£15 a night plus a small amount extra for electric used. Fresh water tap also on our hardstanding pitch.
Lady at the farmhouse reception who took our payment was lovely and had time to chat.
Self service farm shop next door.
We found the very small amount of aircraft flying low overhead exciting as they were so close and quick coming into land. A minute or 2 of noise was not a problem, only had a few military aircraft land nearby at Brize Norton during the 2 days and nights.
An extremely clean portaloo was conveniently situated.
Location near A40 and a Lidl, couldn’t hear any road noise.
Highly recommend.

This site is easy to find following the Club directions; go to the left of the house. The information is misleading though, it's not 1/12 acres (one of the reasons why I chose it), 1/2 acre if that, 4 hardstandings in a row and another at the end. Really there is only room for 4. The rest of the acreage is taken up by a sheep field, fenced off of course.
Email communication is prompt, and the owner is pleasant. It costs a basic £14 per night, plus an electricity card; we ended up paying £16. 50, and we used the caravan air con sometimes, so perfectly acceptable.
The roundabout on the A40 south of Witney is very close by, has Aldi and a garage. Witney is a lovely stone town, very crowded, so go there at your own risk. There is a walk by the river there, but we couldn't find anywhere to park.
We would use the site again if in the area, but probably only for 2 nights.
