 Brilliant facilities for children and those young at heart,
The Only downside was that someone had bolted access to the toilet shower area for some bizarre reason when the shower is separate anyway, weird

Very enjoyable relaxing night Stuart was accommodating.
Granddaughter loved the treehouse and mud kitchen.
Games room had a variety of activities to pass the time.
We will be going again.

Wonderful CL with amazing owners in Sarah and Stuart.
Fully serviced pitches, WiFi, Toilet, games room with Pool table, Air hockey, table football, table tennis, so plenty to keep the kids amused on a wet day.
Easy access off the main road, glorious views including the river and tide mill which is a short walk away.
Easy to get to various seaside resorts including Brightlingsea, Clacton on sea, Walton on the Naze, Frinton on sea etc.
Stuart also came to the rescue when the waste pipe under the sink came away, letting water everywhere. He kindly pulled the fridge out and repaired the fitting, despite the fact that he was preparing to go camping the next day with his lovely family.
Other than that it was a really peaceful and enjoyable stay. Amazing what they have achieved in such a short time, I can see this being a very popular site that people will return to time after time, so book early.
