 Beautifully kept site in a lovely location with excellent access for visiting the Loire so we made this our base camp.
The owners are very friendly and helpful and the site feels very secure. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool and a lovely activity paddling pool for kids
The site is situated on the banks of the river Indre and parts of the site can get flooded but this is same for most of the local sites so is well managed.
It is in walking distance of Montbazon which has two very good Boulangerie and a new Intermarche but the main road can be quite noisy at times.
The site is a popular stay over for campervans and caravanners enroute to the coast. Definitely worth a visit.

We booked here for 2 nights on outward trip and one night on inward as it was ideal towing distance between Caen and our final site. Welcome both times was excellent.
Pitches given on outward were good, pitches on inward were a mud swamp to say the least.
We went back and had them changed no problem.
Given a list with all available pitches and picked the best. Short walk into town, visit to the fortress is worth it.
Site facilities are good, didn't use the pool but it was open both visits.

We used this site as a night halt on way back to ferry at Caen. We hadn't booked and were given two pitches no problem. Facilities were spotless and first class. There is a pool on site, though we didn't use it. Some supplies can be bought in reception, also bread and croissants ordered for the next day. There is a bar and restaurant next to site which was well
Used, as it was fully booked the night we were there. Short walk into town, where there are bars and eateries. The town looks very interesting with a fortress in the town. We intend to revisit to explore next year.
