Just left Norcross after a very enjoyable 5 night stay. Andrew and the family have done and are doing a great job here.
Serviced hard standing gravel Pitches with Water and Electric (16amp, metered), grey water coming soon.
Remember this is a CL improving all the time with facilities, it has Toilets (4) and 1 Shower. Some may regard them as somewhat basic, porta cabin type structure, but they perfectly serviceable and kept clean.
We will visit again if in the area.
Fresh fruit, veg and eggs available at the entrance.
Our stay cost approx. £3 per night for electric, which suited us rather than switching heating, fridge water heater onto gas.
Keep up the good work Andrew and family.

This is a lovely adults only 5 van cl with very large hard standing pitches with electric and water on each pitch.
The owner is making improvements to the site all the time and a new drive over waste water drain was added just before we arrived. There are two unisex toilets available for the site and the owner is in the process of building a shower unit.
The site is just off the Preston to Blackpool main road but we didn’t notice any traffic noise. It is a lovely peaceful site with sheep and lambs in the next field.
There is a small shop on site selling fruit and vegetables and eggs and also a plant nursery with some lovely plants for sale.
This is a good area for cycling and there are some flat easy cycle rides.
We had a very nice time here and would like to return

Just had a 5 night stay at this fairly new site,
We arrived on Sunday afternoon and was met by the owner who told us to pick whichever pitch we liked, all 5 pitches are extra wide and have 16 amp ehu and fresh water, elsan point and waste water are clean and close to entrance and are lit up at night,
There are two toilets on site that are very clean,
Tv signal and 4g (Vodafone) are both excellent.
There is a pub within walking distance that does food and supermarket 5 minutes away,
The owner also sells fresh fruit, veg, and eggs.
We had a very peaceful stay and will certainly be back.

This is a fairly new site and I am here at the moment on what must be the biggest hardstand pitch I have ever been on.
All the five pitches are the same size and all have a loverly view over looking the country side.
There is electric hook up available and the use of two very clean toilets.
There is a pub which serves food five minutes walk away and also a small supermarket just down the road from the pub. St annes and st annes beach is a 25 minute drive away.
I would highly recommend this site and it is worth giving it a try if you have not been before.
