We used the site as a stopover from West Yorkshire to Ullapool. As I`m now a pensioner I decided that 360 miles-ish in a day dragging a tonne and a half of van was enough in one hit.
He lane to the site from the A86 is very narrow but OK with care, the site entrance is a decent width so no problems there.
Pitches are hardstanding, flat with an electric hook-up, water tap and grey water disposal. Superb views across the valley make it a great place to relax.
There is a toilet and shower at the side of the house which were spotlessly clean, and you can pre-order a home-made pizza cooked in their pizza oven (definitely appreciated after a long drive!) which is delivered to your van.
Communication when booking is first class, the owners are both pleasant and helpful, and the site surprisingly quiet as it is everything you could wish for.
We wished our schedule would have permitted a longer stay but we were booked (and paid for) elsewhere.
There appears to be a lot more to see and do in the area than we had anticipated and so intend to return to see more of this part of Scotland which doesn`t appear to be as well publicised as perhaps it should.

One night stopover heading North at this CL site approx 16 minutes off the A9 at the Dalwhinnie exit.
5 hardstanding pitches with electric, fresh water and grey drain on each. No loos or showers. Big pitches with plenty of room and a grass area beside each.
Fab views out over the glen on 4 pitches (the fifth has only a view of another pitch9, a little road noise from the A86 but not too noticeable.
On a small loop road off the A86 which was almost traffic free and good for dog walking. We didn't find the pub that's 5 minutes away so guess that's by car as nothing with 20 minutes walk. We did find a small honesty box with eggs and potatoes to stock up.
The site looks 'just finished' although owner said been there 2 years. Certainly lots of recent work has been done with fences, gravel, pitches looking brand new. Work still ongoing with development at the bottom of the site.
We booked on line and put our bank details onto confirm booking. On arrival when we asked about payment we were told they took it a couple of days prior to our arrival so all taken care of.
Very central site to base for visits to Aviemore, Pitlochry, Newtonmore etc.
