Just returned from a great weekend,
wonderful owners and managers, site was peaceful although quite full. Ideal for children, lots of safe areas to play, good value bar for food and beer. Will be returning soon.

Very clean and tidy site. Well maintained. £12.50 per night at time of staying. Majority of pitches, and best ones, are taken with static tourers (yes, tourers) paying an annual fee.
Good standard toilet block with excellent laundry room and dishwashing room. Hot water to basins but disappointingly tepid water (too cold for any time of year but particularly in winter and user is unable to adjust) to showers. Talking with another 'vanner this was also the case when they stayed earlier in the year. Manager was unwilling to change temperature when I raised this issue.
Would recommend to others and return myself if showers were made usable. Open all year so showers should be hot in winter as toilet block did not appear to be heated

Lovely flat site, views inland across valleys.
3 adults, 1 child 10 amp hook up, £19.00 per night-Peak season
Clean showers/toilets. Shop, bar opens at 20.00 or 21.00 hrs (meet Reg),no rip-offs on prices - Scrumpy Jack £2.20, Newcastle Brown £2.50, family room with pool table, under 14's not allowed in bar, swimming pool.
Some statics and storage.
4 mile Lyme Regis, 2-3 mile Seaton.
On bus route.
Local garage with food sales, good prices, also visit Rousden social club (small) welcomes visitors-no charge. Double Jamesons whiskey £2.20, meet the locals.
