Perfect location for visiting the lily ponds!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s just a field with a few portaloos (with proper flushing toilets), very basic and surprisingly good phone signal.

Field gets sun all day. This is the first campsite as you come into the village (Vicars Field next door which I believe is part of same campsite) and is the closest to the pub and lily ponds. I think there’s an outside shower in vicars field.

There are various walks depending on how far you want to walk. The lily ponds are stunning and you can walk to Broadhaven which is absolutely beautiful.

St. Govens Chapel is definitely worth a visit! From there you can walk to Huntsman’s Leap (about 15 min walk?) over the military land. Green Bridge of Wales and Stack Rocks are further on and is around 6. 5 miles in one direction from St Govans.

In the other direction, head towards the coast and you can walk all the way to Stackpole Quay, catching Broadhaven and Barafundle on the way. There’s a NT cafe at Stackpole for refreshments. From here you can walk inland to lily ponds going over Eight Arch bridge.

The pub (St Govans Inn) offers good food and drink. The Sunday roast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

 Wonderful campsite.

Perfect location.

Simple but for me that's part of it being wonderful.

If Simon could have sorted out the rain on Tuesday would have made it easier to pack away the tents but apart from that.

Thanks for having us.

Lovely basic site toilet facilities and cold showers only, easy walk to pub in the evening.

Farmer is lovely and very helpful suggested places to see and visit.

We have used the site many time this year and there is always space and a good welcome.

ST Govan chapel around the corner and the lily ponds are in walking distance.

You can also get to stack pole in 15 minute national trust car parking but the. Most amazing beach Barafundle bay

This is the first campsite in Bosherton as you come into the village, this one accepts tents and motorhomes but does NOT accept caravans.

Not to be confused with Buckspool Farm Campsite which is through the village, nearer the sea, and which accepts a limited number of caravans, strictly by booking in advance. See here details of that site
