 Welcoming and friendly site, beautiful well maintained large pitches, meadow and secure dog paddock.
Immaculate facilities.
Some road noise but not intrusive,
Easy stroll to Alton Water and nature reserve

Immaculate site! No surprise that it won best newcomer CL site of the year for its lovely owners Mandy and Martin.
Easy access, flat and level pitches surrounded by well kept grass and flowering shrub borders.
A specific well kept area for bins, waste, water and chemical disposal, and individual electric hook ups. Well placed hard standing and grass pitches.
Behind the site is a meadow with benches where you can see wildlife and flowers in the wild field, and a big bonus for dog owners is the enclosed paddock where the dogs can run free. Dog toys are also supplied!
There is a lovely shed with lots of informative leaflets and books / dvds which you can rent. Proceeds go to charities. Opposite the site is Alton Waters which has lovely walks.
It would be advisable to have some form of transport if you wish to visit the centre there, or to visit the area.
We were happy just to stay on the site and to walk the dog so we can’t comment on how far the pub / shops are but Mandy or Martin are very helpful and would be happy to answer any questions.
There is some road noise but not enough to spoil our visit. We have no hesitation in recommending this adult only site.
