Great little find that felt reasonably new as a site.
Facilities good, close to all the local attractions of the North Coast and in a quiet setting.
Only thing that puzzled us was we were the only people there for the first night (end of peak season), second night another camper turned up with a young baby. Not sure why they were pitched directly next to us given there were four empty bays and how empty the site was?

Received a very warm and friendly welcome from the owners on arrival. The site is well laid out with a cute washing up area, shower with toilet and a separate toilet.
The views from the pitches of the landscape are stunning. It is an ideal base to explore all that North Cornwall has to offer.
They have an animal enclosure which is home to chickens, 3 goats and while we were there the owners took delivery of Eric the donkey.
We were expecting to have metered electric but that hasn’t worked out for them so a charge for electric is now included in the pitch fee.
There is a very relaxed atmosphere at the site and I would definitely return if ever in the area in the future.

The campsite was really well looked after and the owners met us just after arrival to see if we needed anything.
Excellent location, easy to get to Port Issac, Tintagel and Roughtor (Bodmin Moor). 15 mins drive.
Will use again for walking on Bodmin Moor.
Shower and Toilet were always clean and it was quite peaceful, next to a Public Footpath so good access to coast path on foot.

The BMW motor cycle club have just had a weekend there,
The toilets and showers are very clean
The site is very tidy and spacious,
The site is level, we were in tents, but there were 5 hard standings which were also spacious with electric hook up and there were facilities for dirty water ect.
Shops and pubs within walking distance

What an absolute joy of a site. Lovely greeting from the owners and a perfect pitch with everything we needed close to hand.
Great to see metered electricity definitely the way forward.
Would highly recommend and if we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay again

Great little campsite. Loved the far reaching views and peaceful setting. Showers were lush.
John the owner was really friendly and helpful.
Tayed here with friends to do some SWCP.
Great location, close to the coast and the village has a shop, chippy and two pubs - everything you need!
