Location is excellent! Close to ferry, shop, restaurant and bathroom facilities. The view from the pods is phenomenal.
Pod was spacious for two people. Good amenities- kettle, wee fridge, cutlery, crockery, plug sockets, light and heater.
Fair price. Money goes back into the community. Communication with managers was quick and clear.
Eigg is a unique and magical place. Will return!

Eigg: the first challenge is to get there. We stayed overnight at the Prem Inn in Fort William (better parking than the Travelodge). Allow plenty of driving time on the Scottish roads. They are either twisty and slow or straight and fast. But with numerous average speed cameras.
We had booked in advance onto the CalMac "Small Isles" ferry from Mallaig. Again allow plenty of time to sort out parking. No charges but it might be a mile or so to walk back to the dock. You pass a handy Co-op for any last minute purchases. The ferry covers Eigg, Rum, Canna and Muck in a complicated sequence that varies every day. Make sure to read the timetable carefully.
We had the higher of the three camping pods called An Sgurr. Roomy, comfortable, plenty of space for two. Mattresses, kettle, mini fridge, light, spare electric socket and some picnic tableware included. All perfectly clean. Also two picnic tables, one under a three sided wooden shelter in case of rain.
The electric heater was sporadic - apparently too little rain to work the hydro - I would advise a warm sleeping bag! No instructions or emergency island contact details if you had problems. But there always seemed to be islanders around the dock area. Good EE 4G phone coverage from the pod. And the views across the harbour were stunning.
The brand new "washhouse" is about 100m away, downhill. Toilets, basins, showers (£3 on contactless card payment), washing machine, drying room, washing up sinks and full disabled facilities. All kept clean. It can be used by anyone on the island so also expect wild campers and sailors there. Unisex: so not to everyone's taste, especially if the island is busy.
There is a lovely modern cafe, a craft shop, bike/canoe hire and the island shop in the same complex. All seemed to accept cash or card. The shop has everything you might need for a short stay.
There is also a good weather "pop up" garden tearoom on the other side of the island, in Cleadale, with views across to Rum.
Plenty of walking on the island. I would suggest buying an island map, £1, from the shop as it shows where the marked trails to places of interest are found. Climbing An Sgurr is nowhere near as difficult as it looks but walking boots needed. There is a small section, maybe 20m, of easy rock scrambling to reach the summit ridge. Likewise the path down the cliffs to reach Massacre & Cathedral caves requires care but is not too difficult.
No midges - but we were there in late April so I can't comment on the summer.
Excellent wildlife & geology across the island.
With hindsight I would have booked one more night to allow time to explore the whole island as we did not have time to explore the ridge above Cleadale.
