We used this site to overnight as it is about 5k from the A8 Salzburg-Munich route. It was a great little find although not an ACSI so the cost was 36. 90 for two people and a dog including electric.

The site is on the outskirts of a little town called Bergen and has lovely views towards the hills while also being very near the river which was a great place to walk our dog off lead.

The forest trails here which are also very nearby ask that you keep dogs on leads.

There is also an outside municipal swimming pool just out the back gate and this had free entry at the time.

The town is very attractive with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and petrol station.

The facilities were very modern and super clean. Pitches were a reasonable size and well kept. The website says there is a shop but there was virtually nothing in it.

The only strange thing was that you had to pay on the day you were leaving instead of at the booking in for only one night. This meant there was a bit of a queue in the morning for early leavers. It was a very peaceful stopover with everything one needs nearby.

We would stay here again and perhaps for longer as there seems to be good walking in the area and it would also be good for cycling.
