We have just returned home from a fantastic week camping at Ynys Môn A Mõr campsite on the west coast of Anglesey.

It’s a beautiful peaceful location a few minutes from the coast, in a wildflower meadow.

The owners were helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Our children (4 and 8) loved playing with the toys provided and the freedom to roam the site.

The kitchen, toilet and shower facilities were all just what was needed. Easy to charge your phone in the kitchen.

There’s even a tiny shop for essentials, including eggs from their chickens on site.

It’s only a 10-15 minute walk along a quiet lane to the most beautiful beach, which we often had to ourselves.

Highly recommend this campsite and we hope to be back!

The camp site is amazing.

Only thing I didn't like was the hard standing pitch on hard core. We bent every tent peg trying to get a fixing.

The food in the cafe was. Really good. But it comes as a take away even though your sitting in we got the curry and chilli con' really really nice food and prices were very good.

Just take strong tent pegs.

Would go again.
