 Lovely small site, five pitches facing two fishing lakes. Generally shady but lovely to sit out overlooking the smallish lakes.
Only facilities are EHU and Elsan point.
15 minute walk into village with pub, shop and bus stop giving easy access to Kings Lynn as well as Downham Market.
Good walk into Downham Market by the river (approx 1 hour), also Welney wetland centre is worth a visit (approx 1 hour by bike along lovely quiet roads).
Owner, Annette was very friendly and welcoming.
Gem of a site and great value for money.

Right, for a start, this aerial view is not accurate. This shows the rally field. The actual CS is further up, under the trees on the right of the track by the lake.
We were not impressed to begin with, but it grew on us. We thought that we would not be able to get a Sky satellite signal, but this can be done with accuracy. There are pitches further down and one at right angles to the rest, at the top of the lake where it's probably easier.
The trees make it dark inside the caravan, but you can sit by the lake in the sun. Of course it's ideal if you fish.
There is a bar and some small shops at the mill. It's easy to find, you can see the mill from some distance, and it's close to the A10 so would make a good stopover.
Annette the owner is pleasant and helpful, and the best thing is, it's only £14 per night. We would certainly use it again if in the area.
